This T&C, along with the 'Privacy Policy' (available here), comprises a binding agreement between You and Clubr. Your use of the https://www.clubmagnes.com and the services provided thereunder shall be governed by this T&C as well as any other applicable policies published on Clubr. Your use of the https://www.clubmagnes.com, whether for the purpose of transacting through Clubr or otherwise, implies Your consent to the provisions of this T&C as well as any other applicable policies. Clubr reserves the right to modify, add or delete any part of this T&C without prior notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review this T&C and all other applicable policies periodically.
The entire content included on the https://www.clubmagnes.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, or code, is copyrighted as a collective work under the Indian and all other copyright laws of the world, and is the sole property of Clubr or is appropriately licensed by Clubr from the relevant owners thereof. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of 'Clubr' used on the website are trademarks or registered trademarks of Clubr.
Clubr acts solely as a technology enabler and booking agent. Clubr has no control over the delivery of tickets, the quality of the event, event cancellations, or refunds, which are managed by the Magnes. Clubr disclaims all liability regarding these aspects, and any disputes must be directed to the Magnes. Clubr endeavours to ensure that all information on the website is accurate but makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data or information contained therein.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by this Agreement and the T&C. You shall not reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the website.
If You choose to register on the website, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and user ID and for all activities that occur under Your account. You agree to notify Clubr immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account.
Terms and conditions specific to an event for which Clubr has facilitated the sale of tickets will be published on the event page accessible on the https://www.clubmagnes.com. In the event of any conflict between the event-related terms and this T&C, the event-related terms shall prevail.
Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded, except as specified in the event-related terms and conditions. In the case of event cancellation or postponement, the event organizer is responsible for contacting You and processing any refunds. Clubr has no liability in this regard.
All notices and communications related to changes in the T&C, service termination, etc., shall be in writing, in English, and shall be deemed given if delivered personally or by commercial messenger, courier service, registered or certified mail, or email.
Clubr sells tickets on behalf of event organizers and has no control over their availability and pricing. After payment, You will receive a confirmation page or email that must be shown at the event venue to redeem Your tickets.
You warrant that You will not use the website for any unlawful or illegal purpose under any law for the time being in force within or outside India or prohibited by this Agreement and the T&C.
You agree not to sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the service. The website is meant for personal use only.
Either You or Clubr may terminate this Agreement and a Service with or without cause at any time to be effective immediately.
This Agreement and the T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
